Flowsound is a very dynamic rental company that works throughout Western Europe.
Aware that the market needs a new twist, they have decided to embark on a project to rent out high-quality audio solutions.
And of course, DiGiCo is one of the strongest companies in the manufacture of this type of professional tool; that's why, recognizing its leadership, Flowsound has decided to expand its operations by acquiring the DiGiCo SD10 mixing system.
Floris van den Berg, the owner of Flowsound, said: "After investing in an SD11i and SD9, as well as a D-Rack and MADI-Rack, in 2013 we saw growing demand for DiGiCo solutions," later adding that "engineers and sound designers very specifically ask for DiGiCo products because they are very happy with the sound quality, the ease of use and intuitive interface, as well as the wide range of technical features. That's why we quickly decided to add the SD10 to our inventory, because of our growing list of clients working at festivals, with orchestras, in music production and at corporate events, for whom the SD10 is the ideal addition."
Just a few days after the investment in the new system, it was put to use at the Norton Culinair open-air festival in Zoetermeer, in the west of the Netherlands.
The company has also decided to supply the SD10 with the Optocore network already included, to meet the growing demand for Optocore solutions in the Dutch market, and with a clear vision of expansion for the future.
Jaap Pronk of TM Audio said that "Video signals, control, networking and intercom are combined with a large number of channels (more than 500 channels), and the new D2-Rack delivered with this system has 48 mic/line inputs and 32 outputs, all working at 24-bit/96 kHz; the D2 connects via MADI BNC."
Floris concluded: "We deliver dedicated high-quality audio solutions, and DiGiCo gives us the tools we need."
