Few things in this world improve more with age than a Stratocaster® guitar. Born in the '50s, they kept getting better after years of use (and abuse) on the road, taking on an attractively battered look and developing a feel even better than when they were new. The new Fender Road Worn ’50s Strat®, with a maple fingerboard, offers that aged look and feel. It's designed to look, feel and sound like an instrument with far more than a few miles on it. It comes with 1950s specs, including a nitrocellulose lacquer finish, a Tex-Mex™ Single-Coil Strat® bridge pickup, a Tex-Mex™ single-coil middle pickup and 21 6105 frets.
The neck, with a soft "V" shape, is a vintage-style four-bolt design. Likewise, the tremolo and tuners are also vintage style. It features black dot inlays and a synthetic bone nut.
