Launch of a limited edition OMNIS-DUO with a custom design

AlphaTheta announces an exclusive collaboration with Elijah, a London-based cultural commentator and DJ. This limited edition of the all-in-one OMNIS-DUO DJ system features a custom-designed outer skin created by Elijah, incorporating his mantra: “If you love music, you should learn how to DJ”.

The exclusive design is inspired by Elijah’s Yellow Squares project, which began in 2021 as a series of Instagram posts focused on building creative ecosystems. Since then, Yellow Squares has evolved into a body of collaborations and work, including a book, an album, a visual installation, billboards and remixes of Elijah’s own songs.

I write about what being a DJ means in the broadest sense possible, and I believe we are at the beginning of another wave of accessibility in this art form; whether for casual DJs playing at home with friends and family, or for the DJs who have inspired me over the last four years by taking DJing to the streets, finding new ways to platform music, artists and spaces, and reaching people far beyond the traditional club ecosystem. The OMNIS-DUO has been one of the central devices in that development, and being able to embody my ideas in hardware with AlphaTheta is an honour, commented Elijah.
