KORG Liverpool, Back to the '60s

Lennon and McCartney literally changed the music scene from the 1960s to the present day. With the creative driving force of the world's most recognizable band and its hits, their music still resonates today and will continue to inspire musicians and music lovers for many decades to come. Wouldn't you love to experience playing these classic songs? Now there's a keyboard that lets you do just that: the KORG Liverpool.

An interactive keyboard with 100 Lennon and McCartney classics

The Liverpool has 100 classic songs by these artists in its memory. Start by listening to these "Liverpool" songs. When you hear those familiar intros through the built-in speakers, use your right hand to add the piano, and you'll feel like you're right there with them. You can practice at a slower tempo without changing the pitch, or transpose to your liking, mute the bass or guitar and play along on a real guitar, or enjoy many other possibilities that are unique to this instrument.

"Styles": your interactive accompaniment Once you've tried the songs, experiment with the styles. Although you can enjoy the Liverpool as a music player simply by playing back these familiar songs, the styles let you change the song structure and chords to your liking as you play. Try the "Liverpool" styles, which are arranged in alphabetical order just like the built-in songs, and add an accompaniment by using your left hand to play the chords. Each style has up to four variations and also lets you add an intro, fill and ending. Since you can practice difficult passages such as the intro or bridge in isolation as many times as you like, you can keep practicing until you've learned the whole song. This flexibility also lets you create new arrangements of your favorite songs that go beyond the classic "LPs." Want to use the Liverpool at a live concert? You can play a solo over your favorite song to keep your audience engaged and have even more fun. When you're ready, press the ending button, wait for the applause, and repeat.

Additional styles: more musical paths to explore In addition to the 64 Lennon and McCartney styles, the Liverpool also includes styles inherited from the microARRANGER, KORG's powerful and compact interactive keyboard. Choose a style in your favorite genre, play the chords with your left hand and the melody with your right, and the ideas in your head will take shape instantly.
