1957 Relic Stratocaster
The Fender Custom Shop 1957 Relic Stratocaster takes you straight back to the pivotal year when the instrument was perfected in the shape everyone knows today. Its alder body comes in 2-Color Sunburst, Black and HLE Gold lacquer Relic finishes, while an ash model is available in a White Blonde Relic lacquer finish.
Its signature tone comes from ’50s Stratocaster single-coil pickups (reverse-wound/reverse-polarity middle pickup) with a modern 5-way pickup selector. Other premium features include a quartersawn maple neck with a ’57 “soft V” profile, a 9.5"-radius fingerboard with 21 narrow jumbo frets, an aged single-ply pickguard, vintage white knobs, an American Vintage bridge and American Vintage tuners. Includes a tweed case with gold interior.
