Pioneer DJ announces a new era of choice for rekordbox users with the launch of the rekordbox DJ Plus Pack. Available for purchase as software from within rekordbox 4.0, rekordbox dj lets DJs prepare their sets in rekordbox, adding cues, loops and tags, and then connect their computer to a controller and perform their set.
There is no need to transfer their library to other software: DJs can use a single rekordbox library to play with CDJs or XDJs as well. rekordbox dj is built on Pioneer DJ's deep understanding of professionals' needs and allows faster performance with the software.
The program's interface faithfully mirrors the layout of Pioneer DJ controllers, giving DJs intuitive, effortless control over all rekordbox dj functions. rekordbox itself, with the additional features of rekordbox 4.0 (free), has the same familiar design, with features that are indispensable for DJs. But now the program gives DJs the option to buy the rekordbox dj Plus Pack, and they will be able to add more packs in the future, including DVS, FX and video packs.
How to get rekordbox dj Since October 1, 2015, DJs can download rekordbox 4.0 (free) from www.rekordbox.com. From rekordbox they can download the trial version (30 days) of rekordbox dj or buy the rekordbox DJ Plus Pack for €139, VAT included.
Starting in December 2015, they will be able to subscribe to rekordbox DJ for €10.90 a month, VAT included. rekordbox dj will be bundled with the exclusive DDJ-RZ and DDJ-RX controllers, available at an MSRP of €2,099 and €1,049 respectively, VAT included.
rekordbox dj tour: starting October 20, 2015, Pioneer DJ will team up with authorized dealers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa to help DJs get to know rekordbox DJ. The dealers will host free training sessions where the new software will be presented and DJs will have the chance to try it for themselves.
