Easier stems

In most DAWs, printing stems is a repetitive, time-consuming task. With Cubase Pro 11 you'll do it all faster, with less risk of making mistakes and much more conveniently. Sync your export selection with the selection in your project.

Create and restore file format presets. Export the complete signal path, including Master bus effects, and reproduce your mix down to the smallest detail. With Cubase Pro 11 you can even collect your export jobs and export the whole queue at once while you go grab a coffee.

Sample. Slice. Move. Glide

You'll discover many new features in the Sampler Track in Cubase 11. The new slice mode chops up your loops so you can play them back with a single click. You now have two global LFOs to add movement and interest to your sounds. Choose between a vintage-style or high-fidelity sound with the sampler engine's new quality modes. Plus, the new mono legato glide is perfect for surfing 808 bass lines... and much more!

Your personal scale assistant

The Scale Assistant is an incredible addition to your arsenal of composing tools. Choose a scale in the Key Editor to follow it automatically, quantize a solo to that scale and play only the right notes live.

Change the view to see only the notes in the scale. The Scale Assistant can even analyze your MIDI recording and suggest the correct scale automatically. Now there's really no excuse for playing wrong notes!

Perfect pitch bends

Cubase 11 introduces a huge improvement to the Key Editor. You can now create ramps and curves in the CC and Pitchbend lanes just like automation. Set your pitch bend steps to semitones and you'll always play in tune.

Conveniently copy your CC edits to another MIDI track and quickly delete MIDI notes with a double-click

Incredibly precise dynamic EQ

There are many reasons why you should use dynamic EQ to improve your mix. And with Frequency 2, nothing stands in your way. You can activate dynamic mode on each of its eight bands. This way, the filter node depends on the input signal, allowing highly precise dynamic mixing. And, better still, in Cubase 11 you can apply sidechaining to each band using VST 3's multiple sidechain architecture.

Improved synchronization

Staying in sync with tempo changes or markers is crucial when composing any kind of music. Cubase 11 now offers the option to show Global Tracks in the Key Editor. This visual reference helps you compose quickly and creatively without having to leave the Key Editor.

Improve your EDM with Squasher

If you produce electronic music, you need Squasher! This dynamics tool combines upward and downward compression in up to three bands for highly flexible use in many situations. Use it to make your lead sounds cut clearly through the mix, tame aggressive bass lines and create subtle spatial reverb. Squasher is very easy to use and sounds incredible.
