The course is completely free and offers two levels of certification: basic, which consists of training on the basic features of a power amplifier, and advanced, which will allow more expert users to unlock the full potential of their Crown I-Tech HD amplifier.
The course is available online. Users must go to the I-Tech HD Series page on the Crown website and click the blue icon on the right side of the screen to start the basic or advanced course. Once registered, users can take the exam in a single session or save their progress and resume the exam at a later date.

Once registered and logged in, participants will be given a series of questions about Crown I-Tech HD amplifiers. These cover various topics such as: features and connectivity options, preset storage and DSP capabilities, interfacing with other components or software, and many other aspects.
Participants must answer at least 80% of the questions correctly to successfully complete their certification. There are no time limits, and users can take the exams as many times as necessary. Once they pass the exam, participants can download a certificate of completion.
